Supporting the rotating shaft and its parts, and maintaining the normal working position and rotating accuracy of the shaft, rolling bearings are easy to use and maintain, reliable to work, good starting performance, and high bearing capacity at medium speed. Compared with sliding bearings, rolling bearings have larger radial dimension, poor vibration reduction ability, low service life at high speed and larger sound.

Rolling bearings can eliminate a series of complex maintenance processes such as smelting, casting and scraping of pasteurized alloy materials, as well as oil supply, water supply and cooling systems, so the amount of maintenance is greatly reduced. And because rolling bearings are manufactured by professional manufacturers, the quality is often guaranteed. It also brings convenience to ball mill manufacturers.

Classification by structural type
According to the structure of rolling element and sleeve, it can be divided into:
Deep groove ball bearings, needle bearings, angular contact bearings, self-aligning ball bearings, self-aligning roller bearings, thrust ball bearings, thrust self-aligning roller bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, tapered roller bearings, spherical bearing with seat, etc.
Rolling bearings can be divided into:
1. deep groove ball bearings
Deep groove ball bearings are simple in structure and easy to use. They are the most widely used type of bearings with the largest production batch. It is mainly used to withstand radial loads, but also can withstand certain axial loads. When the radial clearance of the bearing increases, it has the function of angular contact bearing and can bear large axial load. Applied in automobiles, tractors, machine tools, motors, pumps, agricultural machinery, textile machinery and so on.

2. needle roller bearings
Needle roller bearings are equipped with slender and long rollers (the length of the rollers is 3-10 times the diameter, and the diameter is generally less than 5 mm), so the radial structure is compact. When the inner diameter size and load capacity of needle roller bearings are the same as other types of bearings, the outer diameter of needle roller bearings is the smallest, and it is especially suitable for supporting structures whose radial installation size is limited. According to the different use occasions, the bearing without inner ring or needle roller and cage assembly can be selected. At this time, the journal surface and the outer shell hole surface matched with the bearing directly act as the inner and outer rolling surface of the bearing, in order to maintain the same load capacity and operation performance as the ring bearing, the hardness of the raceway surface of the shaft or shell hole, the processing accuracy and table. The surface and surface quality should be similar to the raceway of bearing rings. This kind of bearing can only bear radial load. For example: universal joint shaft, hydraulic pump, sheet mill, rock drill, machine tool gearbox, automobile and tractor gearbox, etc.

3. angle contact bearing
Angular contact ball bearings have a higher limit speed, can bear both longitudinal and axial loads, and can also bear pure axial loads. The axial load capacity of angular contact ball bearings is determined by contact angle, and increases with the increase of contact angle. For: oil pump, air compressor, all kinds of transmission, fuel injection pump, printing machinery.
4. aligning ball bearing
The self-aligning ball bearing has two rows of steel balls, the inner ring has two raceways, and the outer ring raceway has an inner spherical shape, which has the function of self-aligning. It can automatically compensate the coaxiality error caused by the bending of the axle and the deformation of the shell. It is suitable for the parts whose support holes can not guarantee strict coaxiality. This kind of bearing mainly bears radial load, while bearing radial load, it can also bear a small amount of axial load. Usually it is not used to bear pure axial load, such as pure axial load, only a row of steel balls. Mainly used in agricultural machinery such as combine harvester, blower, paper machine, textile machinery, woodworking machinery, bridge crane wheel and transmission shaft.

5. self aligning roller bearing
The self-aligning roller bearing sentence has two rows of rollers, which are mainly used to bear the radial load and the axial load in any direction. This kind of bearing has high radial load capacity and is especially suitable for working under heavy load or vibration load, but it can not bear pure axial load. It has good alignment performance and can compensate the same bearing error. Main Applications: Paper-making machinery, deceleration device, axles of railway vehicles, gear box seat of rolling mill, crusher, decelerator for various industries, etc.
6. thrust ball bearing
Thrust ball bearing is a kind of separated bearing. The bearing ring "seat ring" can be separated from the assembly of the cage steel ball. The shaft ring is a ring matched with the shaft, the seat ring is a ring matched with the bearing seat hole, and there is a gap between the shaft and the ring. Thrust ball bearings can only bear the axial load, unidirectional thrust ball bearings can only bear the axial load in one direction, and bidirectional thrust ball bearings can bear the axial load in two directions. The thrust ball bears the radial displacement of the axis which cannot be limited, and the limit speed is very low. One-way thrust ball bearings can limit the axial displacement in one direction of shaft and shell, and two-way bearings can limit the axial displacement in two directions. Mainly used in automobile steering mechanism, machine tool spindle.
7. thrust roller bearing
Thrust roller bearings are used to bear axle loads. Longitudinal combined loads, but the longitudinal loads should not exceed 55% of the axial loads. Compared with other thrust roller bearings, this kind of bearing has lower friction coefficient, higher speed and self-aligning ability. The roller of 29000 type bearing is asymmetrical spherical roller, which can reduce the relative sliding of the rod and raceway in work, and the roller is long, big in diameter, large in number and multi-load capacity. Oil lubrication is usually used, and grease lubrication can be used in some low-speed situations. In design selection, priority should be given to selection. Mainly used in hydraulic generators, crane hooks, and so on.
8. cylindrical roller bearings
Rollers of cylindrical roller bearings are usually guided by two baffles of one bearing ring. The cage, the roller and the guide ring form a set of components, which can be separated from another bearing ring and belong to separable bearings. This kind of bearing is easy to install and disassemble, especially when the interference fit of inner, outer ring and shaft and shell is required. Such bearings are generally only used to withstand radial loads, only single row bearings with inner and outer rings with retaining edges can withstand smaller steady axial loads or larger intermittent axial loads. Mainly used for large motors, machine tool spindles, axle box, diesel engine crankshaft and automobiles, bracket bearing box, etc.
9. tapered roller bearings
Tapered roller bearings are mainly suitable for bearing radial and axial combined loads, while large tapered angle tapered roller bearings can be used to bear radial and axial combined loads. The bearing is a separated bearing with inner ring (including tapered rollers).
